Bognor Illumination Gala

Members of St. Wilfrid's Church joined the Opengate Baptist Church part of the Illumination Gala procession.

Everyone met in west park to set off at 8.30 p.m. and were kitted out to be as luminous as possible!

The guidelines were to  wear black clothes, and accessorise with Day-Glo or fluorescent items such as  glo-sticks, luminous vests, armbands or face paints, torches, lanterns or tealights in jam-jars.

The Baptist and other churches marched to taped music headed by five members holding high the illuminated letter of J E S U S and following a banner which proclaimed  JESUS  LIGHT OF THE WORLD.
